Automation Technician 80-100%

Your activity

• Propose technical solutions that meet specifications while optimizing costs and lead times
• Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), checklists, and other reference documents
• Identify and select suppliers in collaboration with the Purchasing department
• Configure and maintain master data within the PLM system
• Draft and update documentation related to technical changes, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Perform electrical and CNC machine configuration, as well as machine commissioning
• Design electrical and fluidic schematics for all projects
• Develop, test, provide technical support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of products
• Provide active technical support to various departments on all electrical-related matters
• Develop commissioning procedures in close collaboration with other engineering teams and the Production department
• Ensure the consistent application of internal development processes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct functional and value analyses, FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analyses), risk assessments, and standardization activities

Your profile

• Higher Technical Diploma (ES) in Automation Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in machine tools, machine design, product development, and the industrialization of production equipment
• Fluent in French with a good command of English
• Proficient in EPLAN software
