Technical buyer

Your activity

• Operational management of purchase requisitions and repair orders
• Operational management of material purchases and ensuring the supply of the portfolio
• Analysis of the calculation of requirements, validation of proposals, placing of orders
• Management and input of tenders and analysis
• Management of all administrative and commercial tasks related to the purchasing process
• Follow-up and processing of changes to the manufacturing programme deadlines
• Dealing with non-conformities in collaboration with suppliers as Supplier Quality, defining and following up with them the action plan if necessary
• Research and selection of suppliers according to defined criteria
• Monitoring supplier performance and negotiations
• Control and optimisation of costs through tenders
• Continuously update the database
• Follow-up of the apprentice (in polyvalence)
• Negotiation and monitoring overhead contracts (in polyvalenc

Your profile

• Technical and/or commercial CFC with good knowledge of the other branch, ideally complemented by a Federal Buyer’s Certificate
• Excellent negotiator with at least 5 years' experience in a purchasing department in an industrial environment and purchasing mechanical parts
• Good knowledge of IT tools (ERP, MS office), Abas a plus
• Good command of French, German and English, Italian a plus
• Knowledge of transport regulations and customs systems
• Respectful of ethical principles (fair and honest)
• Ability to work in a team, communicative, critical and perceptive, proactive, dynamic, rigorous, good analytical and organisational skills, good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills

Your activity

You will be responsible for :

• Defining the scope, objectives and outcomes of projects
• Developing project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies
• Providing support in the analysis of technical achievements
• Building and leading project teams : assigning tasks, setting deadlines and managing team members to ensure effective progress
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies : monitoring and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Resolving any problems or obstacles that arise during projects : adapting plans and strategies as necessary to keep projects on track
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, schedules and other relevant documents
• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Carrying out post-project evaluations to assess successes, failures and areas for improvement. Closing the project and ensuring a smooth handover or transition

Your profile

• Engineering or technical training with additional training in business management, a valuable asset
• At least 5 years' proven experience in project management
• Strong leadership skills and effective team management in a matrix organization
• Adept at identifying and solving problems, adapting plans where necessary and finding innovative solutions to keep projects on track
• Skilled at identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize disruption

‍Industrial designer and constructor 80-100 %

‍Your activity

• Production of complete files (bills of materials and drawings)
• Creation of technical documents for Production
• Drawing up pneumatic diagrams
• Active participation in various continuous improvement projects

Your profile

• CFC as an industrial designer and constructor
• Proven professional experience in a similar position in the machine toolindustry
• Proficiency in CAD, PLM and ERP software, ideally Creo, Windchill and Abas
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Service Technician or Engineer 80-100%

Your activity

Reporting to our Customer Service Department, you will responsible for:

• Taking delivery of, installing and setting up our machines, and training customers in the use and maintenance of our
• Checking that our machines conform to our recommendations
• Troubleshooting and carrying out maintenance contracts
• Ensuring the migration of new applications in all technical fields (mechanical, control system, automation, IT, electrical)
• Carrying out in-house tests for customers and the technical office
• Producing detailed reports for each intervention
• Monitoring customer projects from A to Z

‍

Your profile

• HES engineer in microtechnology/mechanics, CFC in polymechanics or automatician with additional training as a technician
• At least 3 years’ experience in after-sales service
• Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens/Beckhoff)
• Autonomous, proactive, dynamic with good analytical and organizational skills
• French, German or English mother tongue, any other language an asset
• Willingness to travel 50-70%
